QUEST HILB Exam Scheduling
Upon approval from the Board:
- As of December 15, 2025, all HILB Exams must be taken on a computer, at any location, with a reliable and secure Internet connection; including your home.
- You must complete an application and have it approved before scheduling an exam.
After your application is approved and you select QUEST as your testing preference, you will receive an email request for payment from “Questionmark on Behalf of OSFM” within 2 business days. After payment is received and processed, a second email from “Questionmark on Behalf of OSFM” will be sent which will allow you to select the date and time for your on-line, remote, live-proctored HILB Exam.
