QUEST HILB Exam Scheduling

Upon approval from the Board:

  • As of November 1, 2025, any HILB Exam may be taken on a computer at any location with a reliable and secure Internet connection; including your home.
  • You will be sent an Examination Eligibility Notice, along with instructions for paying and scheduling the exam.
  • QuestionMark will contact you to pay and to schedule the exam.
  • Military time is used for scheduling. (If you have any questions about military time, please see the link entitled “Military Time”.) <Link: Military Time>  
  • Any questions about taking the online, live-proctored, remote test with QUEST may be directed to Support@questionmark.com
