QUEST HILB Exam Scheduling

Upon approval from the Board:

  • As of December 15, 2025, all HILB Exams must be taken on a computer, at any location, with a reliable and secure Internet connection; including your home.
  • You must complete an application and have it approved before scheduling an exam.
  • After your application is approved and you select QUEST as your testing preference, you will receive an email request for payment from “Questionmark on Behalf of OSFM” within 2 business days. After payment is received and processed, a second email from “Questionmark on Behalf of OSFM” will be sent which will allow you to select the date and time for your on-line, remote, live-proctored HILB Exam.
