QUEST HILB Exam Scheduling

Upon approval from the Board:

  • As of November 21, 2025, any HILB Exam may be taken on a computer at any location with a reliable and secure Internet connection; including your home.
  • After your application is approved and you select QUEST as your testing preference, you will receive an email request for payment from “Questionmark on Behalf of OSFM” within 2 business days. After payment is received and processed, a second email from “Questionmark on Behalf of OSFM” will be sent which will allow you to select the date and time for your on-line, remote, live-proctored HILB Exam.

  • ***Military Time is used for scheduling. Please see the chart below for examples of scheduling in military time.
