NFPA 1006, 2013 Standard for Technical Rescue Professional Qualifications, Chapters 5 & 6.

After successful completion of this course candidates will receive the Technical Rescuer Fire and Rescue Commission IFSAC Certification. 

Pre-requisite(s)

The candidate must be at least 18 years of age

The candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent (i.e., GED)

Technical Rescue Dive

The TR Dive Recue certification is only available through NC Fire and Rescue Commission approved TR Dive Rescue Delivery Agencies. Reciprocity is not granted for this certification. 

Certification requirements: TR Technical Rescuer 2013 (or TR General and Ropes), TR Water Rescue, HAZMAT Ops, and complete approved TR Dive Rescue Program with an approved TR Dive Rescue Delivery Agency.
