Registration to attend in-person is now closed for the 2021 Code College being held on September 27 thru October 1, 2021. However, registration is still open for anyone wanting to attend online. Registration to attend online will close Friday, September 17, 2021.
During this week long event, NCDOI Staff will share best practices on test taking tips and strategies and allot timed practice questions across all trades.
Participants will be given the following:
- Test taking tips and strategies.
- Timed practice questions.
- Each day is 8 hours of technical trade content.
- 2 days are dedicated to Building – Thursday is Residential Code and Friday is Building Code.
- 1 day is dedicated to Residential Changeout Inspector (RCI).(NCDOI newest Standard Course)
- The BONUS Law and Admin course is 5 hours total and reviews different material each day.
- Timed practice exam questions will be accessed through the CEO ID LOGIN.
NC Code Enforcement Officials, especially those who currently hold a temporary certificate and anticipate taking the State exam are strongly encouraged to attend. There is still one option currently open for registration - virtually at no cost.
